I am a graduate student at The University of Alabama in the Marriage and Family Therapy Program. I'm training under the supervision and professional licensure of Dr. Karly Downs and Dr. Blake Berryhill, and under the consultation of Greg Evans. I have been married for 13 years and I have two daughters. My approach to therapy is to locate you in the context of your various relationships, influences, support systems, etc. "No man is an island." I love to work with couples and families together as much as possible. Life is change and change is movement. I'm not an expert in your life, but I want to help you discover your path and your capacity for moving forward. I have experience working with couples, families, parents, children, and individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, and aimlessness.
